Bacab La Veleta is Bacab Capital's first built development and the one that defines how the developer works: a boutique condo-hotel conceived as an ecosystem, where architecture, community and hospitality live under a single vision.
The project rises in La Veleta, Tulum's creative neighborhood, with contemporary tropical architecture by Lavalle Peniche Arquitectos and construction by Ceiba Constructora. Stepped white volumes, arches, natural materials and integrated vegetation respond to the climate and to the scale of the surroundings.
Today it operates as a boutique hotel under the Bacab Tulum brand, with an art gallery, artist residencies and weekly cultural programming. For an investor, it is concrete evidence: concept, execution, delivery, operation and returns, all in one project.
